Honeytrail is designed to keep you in control of what gets sent and what data is used for personalization.

Approval-first outreach

Every email and follow-up queues in your approval queue before sending. You can review the draft, see the reasoning/signals, edit the content, or reject with feedback the agent will learn from.

• Reject with feedback to improve future drafts
• See client fit match, personalization source, and trigger signals

Connected accounts

Inbox and calendar connections are used only to run your prospecting campaigns. We use OAuth for Gmail, Outlook, and Calendly — we never store your password.

• Gmail and Outlook use OAuth 2.0 (no password stored)
• SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest
• Calendar access is read-only for availability checking
• You can disconnect integrations at any time in Settings

Unsubscribe handling

Manage unsubscribes in Settings. You can add emails manually or let the system detect opt-out replies automatically. Unsubscribed contacts are excluded from all future outreach.
