Quickstart

Set up Honeytrail and launch your first prospecting flow in under 10 minutes.

  1. Sign up, verify your email, and create a workspace.
  2. Connect an inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP) for sending.
  3. Connect a calendar (Google Calendar or Calendly) for booking.
  4. Create your first agent via the guided chat flow — define your objective, ideal client profile, tone, rules, and follow-up sequence.
  5. Use discovery to find leads (filter by job titles, seniority, location, company size, industry, funding) or import a CSV.
  6. Review emails in the approval queue, edit if needed, and approve to send.
  7. Monitor engagement and let positive replies route to your calendar.

What you'll need

A sending inbox

Gmail (OAuth), Outlook/Microsoft 365 (OAuth), or custom SMTP credentials.

A calendar

Google Calendar (OAuth) or Calendly for one-click meeting booking.

Your ideal client profile

Job titles, seniority levels, company sizes, industries, and any exclusions.

Lead sources

Use discovery filters or import a CSV. Leads are enriched and scored automatically.
