How does Honeytrail find contacts?

Each campaign listens for buying signals — hiring posts, funding announcements, technology installs, competitor engagement, and more. When a signal matches your ICP, the contact is enriched and queued for outreach.

Will my emails land in spam?

Honeytrail enforces a 28-day warm-up ramp on every new email account, monitors bounces, applies per-domain rate limits, and adds a one-click unsubscribe header (RFC 8058 compliant). You stay safely under sender reputation thresholds.

Can I use my own email provider?

Yes. Connect any IMAP/SMTP provider — Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, or custom SMTP. Honeytrail never relies on a shared sending pool.

What’s the difference between Scout, Pilot, and Command?

  • Scout is for solo founders and small agencies running their own pipeline.
  • Pilot adds higher throughput, priority support, and team features. Most agencies start here.
  • Command adds custom LLM keys, inbox warm-up controls, and team approvals for multi-client setups.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click Manage subscription on the Billing tab to open Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Will this get my LinkedIn account flagged?

No. Honeytrail uses human-paced sending limits and daily caps that stay well within LinkedIn’s guidelines. Zero account bans on properly configured workspaces.

Can I run campaigns for my clients too?

Yes. The multi-client workspaces let you manage outbound for your own agency pipeline and your clients’ pipelines from one login. Each workspace is isolated — separate sender accounts, lists, and reporting.

Is there an API?

Coming soon. Today the product is fully featured through the UI and integrations layer. Webhook support for replies and bookings is on the roadmap.

Honeytrail works on mobile too

The mobile UI adapts the same features into a single column. Approve sends, check replies, and monitor performance from your phone.
